Fitness Hub is an established independent fitness studio based in the heart of Leytonstone offering a variety of fitness classes accessible to anyone looking to get fit including; LAB, Circuits, Shred and Lift, Yoga and Pilates at all levels (Beginners to Advanced including Pre/ Post Natal) and Boxercise. Currently we are also able to offer both Adult/Childrens Dance and Boxing classes. We also benefit from a Spin Cycle studio and Private Personal training studio for 1:1s. Some of our classes are also run for Women only. On site we also have Orient Physiotherapy Clinic meaning we can now offer more services all under one roof.
