Houghton Regis Leisure Centre

Houghton Regis Leisure Centre have a mission to help everyone in the local community enjoy getting active for at least 30 minutes, five times a week. To help them achieve this, the centre is packed with outstanding facilities and all the latest equipment. These include a 20-metre, four-lane swimming pool, a 55-station gym and a six-court sports hall. There’s also a group exercise studio, as well as a dedicated group cycling studio and two squash courts.
