Our M100 rack provides a great setup for working out safely at home and is suitable for a range of exercises including squats and bench press.

Solid steel full length chrome spotters

J-Cups with UHMW liners

Strong 50mm x 50mm steel frame

Powder coated finish in a choice of black or orange

Steel thickness ranges from 2mm right up to 6mm

Bolt down feet for extra stability

Fully adjustable – 17 levels

1″ diameter holes spaced at 7.5cm intervals

Multi grip pull up bar allows a range of narrow and wide grip pull ups

Pull up bar diameter: 32mm with matt black finish. This can be installed upside down to reduce total height of rack to 204cm (190cm clearance to underside of pull bar in this position)

Suitable for use with a 7ft or 6ft international barbell. Please note this cage is too wide for a standard 6ft barbell

Compatible with a range of attachments (see below)

The foot plates are pre-drilled with 11mm diameter holes but floor fixings are NOT included and will vary depending on your floor type. For masonry floors we recommend our Floor Fixing Kit (sold separately)

Remember: metal spotters can potentially damage barbells. For additional barbell protection from spotters please see our barbell spotter pads.
