The belt squat lever arm which is attached is 900mm long and has two 300mm arms extended off that which make it much easier to use as you load the weight plates at either side of the lift providing a greater resistance whilst also making it much easier to start the lift!

The loading pins are welded to the steel box section so that it provides maximum commercial quality in regards to the machines weight capacity! Each of the loading pins has been tested to 150kg meaning the beefy belt squat machine has a total load capacity of 300KG!

The belt squat machine also comes with a handle which has the ability to rotate so you can easily use it to maintain the correct posture throughout the lift providing much greater stimulation and most importantly muscle growth!
